Terms of Service & Refund Policy — Version 1.0 — Effective May 2026
1. Nature of the Service

KeyTools — DayTrade (the “Service”) is operated by Convenient Computing, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice, a trading recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, option, or financial instrument.

The signals, indicators, and alerts displayed are based on publicly available market data and technical analysis heuristics. They do not represent a guarantee, warranty, or implication of profitability. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription billed through Stripe. By creating an account you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to share credentials across more than the permitted number of devices, or engage in activity that abuses or disrupts the Service.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and branding within the Service are the property of Convenient Computing, Inc. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version date at the top of this page identifies when the current Terms took effect.

Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal link in your account dropdown menu. When you cancel, Stripe automatically issues a prorated refund for any unused days remaining in your current billing period. The refund is returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Example: If you are on a monthly plan and cancel 15 days into the billing period, you will receive a refund for approximately half of that month’s subscription fee.

Technical issues: If the Service experiences a significant outage or technical failure lasting more than 48 continuous hours, please contact us at the contact page and we will review your account.
